1. Subscription and In-App Purchases
- TickleByte offers premium features through monthly and yearly subscription plans.
- Payments are processed via Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- TickleByte does not store or process payment information.
2. Free Trial (If Applicable)
- If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.
- Users can cancel the free trial via Google Play Store or Apple App Store before the billing date.
3. Billing and Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
- Renewal charges are applied automatically through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only permitted under the following conditions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 36 hours of purchase.
- Yearly Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the app, you may request a refund.
